Hello Polisch breaders,

could you explain what mean according Polish marking HD-free?

I thought:

HD-free = A
border dysplasia, intermediate level ´= B
mild dysplasia = C

One od Polish breaders said to me a dog HD-B means HD-free.

If I was said, the dog is HD-free it mean HD-A?

I ask once more, because I was said about the dog HD-B = HD-free.
Now I want to know if its was an misunderstanding or falsehood.

Yes, I did it.
The breader offered puppy at the double price than the usual prices in Poland and declared that both parents are HD-free.
I agreed to these conditions and paid a deposit.
But after finding the truth I wrote to him, that because of changed conditions I´m not interested more to buy the puppy from him.
Instead to try an agreement and explain it to me he was very arrogant.
Heś not able to admit I was given false information and don´t want to pay back my money.

He says itś OK according the Polish law.

That´s why I asked. I want to know the experiences and views from other Polish breaders.

all the information you should get from a breeder (true!)
When you think everything is ok you pay the deposit. .
Resignation from the purchase means that the deposit forfeited .

You can write a complaint to the Club, but first you better talk to the breeder

Anah, you are absolutely right. Talk againg to the breeder, you got fals infromation, so you have right to cancel the agreement or change the conditions.

B-hips are not bad hips. You also should look at the generation before the parents of your puppy and if possible, the results of the pups they allready had before and other family.
Let's hope you and the breeder find an agreement to solve this misunderstanding.
